[Premium-Rx] Cubic R-3030 module repairs

I have not found a solvent for cured silicon rubber.
I have used a sharp surgical knife and a pick to remove the silicon from 
around parts.
Use care to not damage parts.

The epoxy probably does have a solvent, but, the same solvent will 
possibly attack the pcb also.
To remove epoxy from a pcb, I use a Dremel tool and dental burrs.
Again be very careful.
