[Premium-Rx] Cubic R-3030 module repairs

Hello Everyone

 

 

 

I need to repair a number of modules which have a white silicon substance,
how do I dissolve it.
I need to replace a number of tantalum capacitors which  have their leads
attached  to the pcb with epoxy.
How do I remove the epoxy.
