[Premium-Rx] For sale: Watkins-Johnson WJ-9023C receiver 30 MHz - 12.4 GHz

Hello,
out of an estate of an avid collector and ham I offer a very rare Watkins-Johnson WJ-9023C receiver. Frequency range 30 MHz to 12.4 GHz.

The receiver consists of 3 units: 
WJ-9023C/TSU  Tuner Synthesizer 
WJ-9023C/IFD  IF Demodulator 
WJ-9023C/DCU-2  Digital Control Unit 
All cables are included.

I tried to power it up, fans are running, but the frequency display on the Digital Control Unit is dark, no audio.
Supply voltages +5V and -15V are missing. I have not checked any further. Probably caused by defective tantalum capacitors, there are quite a lot of these. I have not checked the other two units.

The system is located near Francfort/ Germany. Approx weight is about 60 kg, three 19“ units, total 10 units high.
Pick up preferred or delivery to HAMRADIO fair at Lake Constance (last weekend in June). Packing and shipping is possible at buyers expense. Please ask for a quote for your location.

The receiver is sold for the benefit of the widow. I have no idea what to ask for it. Please submit your best offer.
