[Premium-Rx] RF SYSTEMS DA-4 DISTRIBUTION AMPLIFIER - INFO WANTED

Greetings to all List Members,
Has anyone got a circuit/schematic diagram for one of these amplifiers please ?Now long out of production the DA-4 was a 4 way distribution amplifier covering 10kHz - 50MHz.Unfortunately they were filled with resin and consequently difficult to repair and to reverse engineer..

ps; While I'm asking, can anyone supply the termination/data sheet info for a Rockwell Collins Torsional Filter type 526-8751-010 please ?
