We didn't really find materials talking about this R&S EK 896 receiver.
This receiver is provided to governments, among others, secret
eavesdropping services. Own or have operated practically all high end
receivers from Sony, Kenwood, Icon, Yaesu, AOR, Drake, JRC, in my personal
opinion, nothing like this for DX. My taps are always on USB or LSB, even
AM broadcasts. Check out the video I posted from a station that's hard to
