[Premium-Rx] AOR AR 7030 PLUS receiver information

It's a real pity that the prospective successor of the 7030,the HF7070 never reached production state, see

Note that the DR3 is given for 2,4kHz BW, not 500Hz.
For 500Hz BW the DR3 would be even 4,5dB higher.
