[Premium-Rx] NRD-93 Problem

I think it happens on a few of the MHz positions, but I don't think it happens on all of them.  And they seem to be "paired up" -- that is, a particular position will always switch to another specific position.

1) Does the problem always occur on the same position of the "MHZ" switch?
2) is the switch always to the same registered frequency?
