Greetings folks,

I sent out a request a couple weeks back looking for anything available you might have on this receiver.

I’m troubleshooting a problem where the radio doesn’t remember the last frequency it was tuned to on a power cycle.  There is a battery that is supposed to maintain that data and it is good but the radio still resets to all zeros for the Khz display and to the set front panel Mhz range on a power cycle.

A schematic for the RG-52 or even the later model RG-53 would probably allow me to figure who’s not getting battery power that needs it.  Spent the last few hours following traces and testing feed throughs in an effort to figure it out, but so far no luck.

I know there are a few members of this list that also own one of these radio’s….if you have any service information I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide.  

I’ll be happy to cover any costs to make copies, scans or whatever.
