[Premium-Rx] WJ Tunable Filter 224

Does any one have any info on this filter?
It is 12 inches long, 2-3/8 inches wide and 4-3/8 inches tall.
It fits into a shelf with other filters.
The rear connector is a D series with three coax and 22 signal pins.
The front has coarse and fine tuning controls.
Inside is a 10 MHz crystal filter with 6 kHz BW.
There is a Relcom M6 mixer, a 10.13 MHz xtal and a box marked CEI 7761.

If no information is available, I will start reverse engineering it.
