[Premium-Rx] Longwave Receiver Recommendations?

Greetings List Members,
Rather worryingly, over the last 50 years, I have owned/used/repaired 75% of Ed's listed receiver group.
I absolutely agree with Karl-Arne concerning the AEG E1800/3 and also with Heinz concerning the later, rather unobtainium, DSP E1800A.
Few realise just how good the low noise performance of the AO1700 "Synthesise" Local Oscillator actually is in those receivers. That fact and the +40dBm 3Ip at 20kHz spacing makes them probably the best of the LF/MF "old style" receivers.
However for LW the Eddystone, Redifon and Racal 177x series receivers are good candidates. I used a number of EC958s on board ship and was always impressed with the LW performance despite their rather dated first mixer.
The accompanying HF performance of many older Marine receivers could only be described as usable whereas the MF/LF/VLF side was usually quite good.
These days I would probably go for an SDR like the Perseus (excellent for PN measurements !!!) or Reuter RDR with an external additional Preselector such as a Racal MA197 or a Plessey SURF.
As usual the local QRN level now limits the receive performance, something that was usually missing out at sea !

Subject: [Premium-Rx] Longwave Receiver Recommendations?
Greetings to the Group!
I have built up quite a collection of Premium Rx and would like to know what you would consider as the ideal rx for reception of the Longwave band. I have high hopes for this, as I put up a couple of antennas that are quite suitable for LW. I am also in the Middle East and hope to hear some Europeans and N African stations, plus NDBs.
I plan to dedicate 3-4 Rx for this so pls give me your top 3-5 choices from the following:
-WJ HF-1000A
-WJ 8711A
-WJ URR-74
-Harris R-2368
-Racal RA-3791
-Racal RA-6793
-Racal RA-6790/GM
-Hagenuk RX-1001M
-AEG E1800/3 (aka Telefunken)
-Telefunken E-1501
-JRC NRD-93
-JRC NRD-75
-Drake RR-3
-Collins 651-S1
Plus some SDRs.
Thanks & 73,
Ed NI6S/7Z1ES
