[Premium-Rx] Help needed with Harris R-2368 aka RF-590 receiver

Note that the R-2368 is a military version of the RF-590A, which is 
similar to, but not the same as, the RF-590.  I have owned and serviced 
both, and I once knew at least the broad outlines of the differences 
between them -- but alas, no longer.  I do recall that one of the 
differences was the optical encoders.  The R-2368 parts list calls out 
P/N S85-00001-001.  The R590 parts list calls out P/N 10073-2075.

Like the R390/390A, the 590A was conceived as a cost-reduced version of 
the 590.  I recall having a distinct preference for the original RF-590. 
  I kept one 590 but my 590As are both long gone.
