Tom perhaps i have an answer for you, you can question the plausibility
at your own risk.
With a hefty amount of "swagger" and equal amount of Bravado [albeit
false at my age of 73] I took over the Mac work table, never mind the
disruption it will cause to our filing our 2018 Tax's and the piles of
IRS forms my wife had scattered around the table.
I found my missing page 2 of 2 for the A12 board, it is my guess the
reason J10 might not be brought out onto/beyond your board and possibly
any of the boards is ? It is a duplicate port of the J6 1mhz reference
signal as provided already existing at J6.
So leap of faith here, the board designers made a provision for the 1
mhz signal to be extended 2 times onto the rear panel, the next
reviewers said hey we can save $5.00 here and just not bring or extend
this duplicate output where we already have the same identical signal at
J6 and roll the chances of any user ever wanting or needing a dual port
offering for the 1Mhz ref signal...
I can scan this page if it will help and send to you, and be pleased to
do so, if it will aid your effort or u just want it.
Or worse perhaps i am missing your original question or concern, and if
so ill go dig back into my new sorted out book where it is so easy to
find it all now..
And i guess in the spirit of "getting along" and extending good faith,
i'll go back and reconstruct all the tax papers is pretty close layout
to what i found ...
If i can help let me know ..
