[Premium-Rx] RF-590 A12 Assy Schematic

Troubleshooting an RF-590 and have an issue with the 800kHz ref output on
the A12 board. The component placement drawing I have found on the web does
not match my board. My A12 board has the following part numbers on it:
10073-4700
         -4709E
 
The component placement drawing I have is 10073-4700 Rev E. It shows J5, J6
and J10 in the upper left corner of the drawing but my board only has J5 and
J6, Plus CR9 is shown opposite of how it is populated on the pcb.
 
Can someone point me in the right direction please?
