[Premium-Rx] Cubic R-3036 dual MF/HF receiver info wanted

Update. One receiver is working fine. The other has problems in the front
panel interface and audio boards, but I am still hoping to track them down.

Notes for the archives in case anyone else acquires an R-3036
1) this receiver has squelch. That’s why I wasn’t hearing anything
initially. Doh! RTFM except I have no R-3036 manual. Operationally the
R-3030 manual is close enough.
2) some circuit tracing revealed that the reference oscillator module has
an internal 10Mhz Oscillator (divided by 10) that is selected when there is
no external 1MHz reference input signal. Switching from internal to
external reference is automatic. Pin 25 grounds a line to the CPU to
indicate internal operation. In that case tuning acts normally but the CPU
flashes “REF” alternating with the frequency display. That is a very
annoying reminder so I just lifted pin 25 inside the reference module.
Internal/External automatic switching is unaffected.
