[Premium-Rx] R&S EK070 defect: help wanted

PIC637 is a standard part.

The datasheet was in the first few finds from Google.
It consists of two NPN transistors as a darlington, a diode and two 
resistors.
It is rated for -100 Volts in and 15A dissipation.
