[Premium-Rx] a new issue i'd like to solve

There is probably a resistor in series with the ground to the volume 
control.
This is to prevent the operator from turning the audio all the way down 
and missing a call.
Replace this resistor with a smaller value or a short and this should 
resolve your issue.
