Hi All,

This is a long shot, but you never know until you ask....

I've just acquired a R & S XSRM Rubidium standard for my workshop, dirt
cheap I might add, along with the off air receiver, phase meter, and
frequency divider which provides all the useful outputs from 100Khz to
10Mhz.

It's just arrived with me, and has unfortunately been "heavily
decommissioned".... Someone has cut up a lot of the internal wiring,
which is not the end of the world, I can sort that out.

The main problem is that they have also removed the Rubidium lamp,
making the whole package nowhere near as useful as I was hoping it was
going to be.

It should still act as an off air standard without the lamp according to
the manual, so it's not a total loss, but I'm just wondering if anyone
out there has, or knows where to get hold of a replacement lamp?

I know this isn't exactly a Premium Rx post, but a lot of you out there
will have a Rubidium standard Etc, so I thought it was worth an ask.

I'm quite happy to pay a reasonable price for a lamp, although I have no
idea what a "reasonable price" may be.

Other than the butchered wiring and missing lamp, the unit is actually
in very nice condition, and only just out of calibration. Looking at the
stickers it has come from R & S themselves, and was obviously an "in
house" standard.

Thanks in advance,

Dave.S.
