[Premium-Rx] Obtaining displays for WJ-8718

Dear WJ-8718 enthusiasts (and others),

To replace the frequency readout, I found the right displays at

http://www.ebay.com/itm/AGILENT-TECHNOLOGIES-5082-7663-LED-Display-New-Lot-Quantity-10-/151929274860

However, their website mentions that they do not ship outside the US, 
nor even to forwarders in the US.

Is anyone prepared to accept such a shipment and forward it to me (in Belgium)?
