[Premium-Rx] Sick WJ-8718/MFP

Hello,
today I powered on my WJ-8718/MFP and no receive. VFO-knob was working also mode switches. After about 30 seconds strange reading on  display. I switched off, waited a few seconds and switched on again. Nearly all LED in the switches were on. No response to any switch. Frequency display showed 22.22222. did not change with VFO knob.
It seems that the CPU does not reset on power on. I pulled all boards, cleaned the fingers and reinserted every board. No efffect.

The receiver was working flawlessly the last couple days. Any idea what could be wrong? 
Maybe a defective tantalum capacitor? 
I have not checked power supply voltages. This will be my next step tomorrow.

I found the battery on the CPU to be dead and replaced it. No effect.

Any help appreciated.
