Regarding ACL, wonder if you've ever run across one of their SR-502-1 HF 
receivers?

They must not have made many of them, or maybe it never went into any 
kind of volume production.  I noticed the other day the frequency 
readout unit has failed so that will be another exercise in servicing 
without documentation.
