[Premium-Rx] Harris RF-1310 Exciter

These were designed as system components and the exciter could be slaved off the receiver. My RF-590A has the BCD output option which could drive the older RF-131 exciter but the newer ones would require a computer with two serial ports and a small program to make that happen.
The amps are indeed noisy but you can fix that with centrifugal blowers. They are super solid!
