It had the military designation R-1555 URR-62.  Perhaps you can find 
info under that number.

Very nice radio when it works.  The one I owned had spent too much time 
near the sea.  All those little metal modules made for a tough repair 
job.  It was much like the MG Midgets I owned. Lovely, when it worked...
