Keith, SDRSharp (SDR#) will accept soundcard type input, providing image 
cancellation if you have IQ data, or the image will be displayed if 
not.   The DSP is excellent and the DBFS display is accurate at any zoom 
level or bandwidth.  FFT resolution is limited only by your CPU.

Download from:  http://www.sdrsharp.com/#sdrsharp    Run the install.bat 
program (give permission if your antivirus objects, it's a safe program) 
and the installation will occur automatically.   Run SDRSharp.exe and 
select "Sound Card" for the input source.  The maximum bandwidth is 
determined by your soundcard.   The program does not alter the Windows 
registry so if you don't like it, just delete the install directory.   
Re-run the install program at anytime to update to the most recent version.
