Hi Keith
One possible current option is MDSR.....
http://users.skynet.be/myspace/mdsr/
This software is intended to accept a soundcard input at 12KHz, following
a downconversion from a higher IF frequency, but I would expect it to be OK
with the 15KHz ouput from the 3586.
Alternatively, I have various older versions of Winrad, starting with 0v90
from February 2006 through to 1v32 from August 2009, and if it would help
you'd be welcome to copies of any or all of these.
My complete Winrad Archive for that period, software, web pages and user
guides etc, is around 13MB, probably a bit less when zipped into a single
file, so it shouldn't be a prolem to send the whole lot via a single email.
Regards
Nigel

Just pulled the old faithful HP 3586 Selective Level Meter out of the
closet. I
used to run it with it's 15 KHZ IF output into a soundcard program,
Alberto's
Winrad. But the current version of this program seems too advanced as it
does
not work anymore. Anyone know a current program that will give me a simple
spectrum scope and demodulator? Maybe something without I/Q inputs.
