[Premium-Rx] PLESSEY 2282A RECEIVER

Hello to All!

Can anybody suggest a reliable and qualified source of Repairs, or 
Parts, or Module  Exchange, for the Plessey 2282A Receiver?  This is a 
1985 or so Model; widely used in the UK and elsewhere. China News Agency 
used it and some Canadian use; as I understand it. RAF and 
'Others'............

I have complete Manual Copies with Prints, and Parts Lists.  I do not 
have the extension Cables that permit Bench Testing of the Modules  out 
of the Main Frame.  Ideally;  looking for someone who might have some 
known good Modules to exchange, on a 'Trial Basis' so I could more  
throughly isolate one or more Faults.  OR; somebody who could work on my 
Modules and compare results to known good units.

Radio works on some Freqs.; not others.  I have been told there are 
likely some bad Band Pass Relays on a front end Band Pass Filter Board; 
that need to be changes out.  Also; there is a 'Fault now showing in the 
Freq. Synthesizer.  Have been told this is likely due to some Capacitors 
changing values over time.

I am not equipped, to work on this Radio; myself; either through direct 
knowledge of the Electronics involved, or equipment to perform further 
Testing on the Radio.

Anyway; I would  appreciate any and all suggestions.

I am in the USA.  I Imported this Radio from the UK.
