[Premium-Rx] WJ-RCS32 Rev D

I just received what I think is the final version of WJ-RCS32, 2007. It is 
Rev D. I just posted the DRS manual on the FTP site. As tested it provides a 
number of noticeable improvements. Automatic receiver configuration, soft 
polling, and better memory usage. All of the newer receivers are supported. 
Check the FTP site for details.
