[Premium-Rx] WTD: 2nd LO Synthesizer board 791601 for Watkins Johnson WJ-8716/WJ-8718

Hello,
my WJ-8718-7 quit working. By board substitution with my WJ-8716MFP I was able to track it down to a faulty 2nd LO Synthesizer board 791601.
The LED CR6 is lit on the defective board. 
I am looking for a replacement board or any advise how to repair my defective board.
