Hi Lee,

I'm not sure if this is the official part number but I replaced mine
with a DI1510.  This is a 1500V/1.5A bridge in a 8pin DIP outline. 

You should also check the Varistor CR12 -- That had gone short-circuit
and was probably the cause of the bridge blowing in my case.
