Removing the parts from PCB: some few way possible certainly, special desoldering tools e.t.c. But if situation not so ease-metalized hole's inside, when the components pins too tight in the hole with almost no gaps between them that mission became much more difficult then usually.

One more way how to make the job: I use ordinary vacuumcleaner, but it must be powerful 1KW or more. Then fix temporarely thin hose some 8 mm in diametre to vacuumcleaner hose end. That very simple-use pease of soft rubber to fix thin and thick hoses together.
It will remove almost any solder material and doing well. Solder iron must melt solder point well and quickly-to preven overheating.

With that simple aproach possible to remove almost any components with some practise.
