[Premium-Rx] REGCO RG-5500 Restoration

Hi All,

Does anyone have Data sheet for:

1.  Thin Film  IC type number "AM103" made by ADAMS RUSSEL Micro-Tel division (first RF stage in RG-5500 Low Band) Already replaced with two discrete Japan made microwave
     transistors in cascode aplication. Doing very well, but data interested to compare. 

2. Thin Film IC type number "MD-149" also made by ADAMS RUSSEL Micro-Tel Division (first and cecond Mixer stage in RG-5500) Doing well, no problem, but not bad to know Data
     sheet. I think that is Diode Double-Balanced Mixer and need to make sure.
