Hello All,

Now time to go to the groop. Last almost 8 month no any Internet connection that is why I'm diappeared for long time...
Still doing the job with my RG-5500 Receiver. It was in a really bad condition- almost like a scrap when i get it fm the USA.

Now much, much better and doing well  VHF, UHF signals reception, but not across full band fm 20 to 1000 MHZ. Some gaps there...Probably Tracking Synthesyzer VCO or
its PCB A22A8 in Synthesyzer in trouble. Does anyone know that Radio? That is "pretune" systems in which a DAC, driven from the divider control data, is used to coarse tune the VCO
to within locking range, have been used in the past. 

Original manual not available (extremelly rare one) and no any tech information there about adjusment and repair. Nothing.
So, if any one know an other type  radio receiver designed with the same "pretune" systems? If so- please share, will be really appreciated.
