[Premium-Rx] WJ-8716 Flickering '0' 's

Hi all,

I have a WJ-8716 with Flickering '0' 's ,

I have just got this nice 8716 going after a power input filter failure and
notice that the 0's on the display pulse don't see it in the other numbers,
and a pulsing noise can also be heard on some frequencies,  Would seem to
tie in with multiplexing but not sure why the 0's or is it just more
noticeable.

Any ideas greatly received. My previous 8718A didn't do this at all.
