[Premium-Rx] Cubic CDR-3250 Fan Noise Solution

Shawn,
Thanks for the posting on how you reduced the noise on the CDR-3250. I have
one as well and it is a little noisy. Not nearly as bad as the R-2412(V)2/U
(dual VHF/UHF) receiver but still, distracting.

The R-2412 already has an external fan in the center position where the air
can be blown through both receivers (side by side) but it is a "screamer".

I love the incredible assortment of filters on the '3250.
