[Premium-Rx] Feet for cabinet

Dear All,

This request is not about electronics but mechanics related to a 
Rohde and Schwarz receiver. The cabinet misses 4 feet.  Here is the 
description of the holes where they must fit:

Pattern (each of the 4):   =0=   from left to right
Dimensions:
- each = is a 11 mm by 5 mm rectangular hole
- the 0 is a 9 mmm circular hole
- spacing between = and 0 is 2 mm, so the total is 35 mm.

If anyone recognizes this pattern, I would appreciate suggestions 
where to find the corresponding feet (ideally, the front ones with 
adjustable tilt).
