I tried t o post an email last week but stuffed it up-.  So here's the 
follow up.

Ladies and Gentlemen,  I now have in my possession a working, fully 
operational (bar FM!)   Watkins-Johnson AN/URR receiver.  Serial #1.
She looks good sitting with the W-J 8718A.
Only had her home for about an hour now so I'm going to have a play with my 
new toy.
