I have a dual input SM-2145 Spectrum Display Unit for sale on eBay with 455 
KHz and 21.4 MHz inputs:

There isn't much information on these units. I have tested them with the 
R-390, WJ 8617, 8618, B, (S1), 8716, 8718, 8718A. Simply connect the input 
to the IF output or SMO. The 455 KHz is about 50 KHz wide. The 21.4 MHz 
input is about 10 MHz wide. The unit is 1U 19" rack mount type, black front 
panel, 120 or 220 VAC input. I had three of these. This is the last one.
