[Premium-Rx] Buying premium Rx and related material from abroad

Dear premium-Rx enthusiasts,

Many US companies of interest to our hobby have stopped shipping 
outside the US due to bad experiences with red tape and even 
fraud.  Intermediate addresses such as those provided by MyUS are not 
always accepted.

Therefore a delicate question: is any of the "regulars" on this 
website prepared to privately act as an intermediary for an order I 
would place to Universal Radio, with their own address for shipping, 
and then forward the shipment to Belgium?
