[Premium-Rx] 8293 counter chip

Working on the HF-1030 made me forget to add to the alternatives list.. So
here are a few that I didn't see  on the list.

 

9311 = 74154

9316 = 74161

932 = u6a93259x = 7420 = 4012 as long as X input not used otherwise make one
with a pal/pld.

9016 = 7404

93l24 = 5 bit comparator make one with pld/pal

936 = 7404

946 = 7400

For those IC with leads on all 4 edges (J package?), I'd make a little pcb
and use a surface mount of the replacement
