[Premium-Rx] DSR-2 Help

Greetings,
 
Hope a DSR-2 is premium enough these days for the group that I'm not  
offending anyone's sensibilities.
 
Looking to find a manual, tangible or electronic, for same;
 
Also looking to find 2 of the frequency set knobs for the synthesizer;  and
 
Looking for an S-meter.
 
In connection with the later, looking for advice from anyone that's pulled  
one from the radio, it's not immediately obvious that a major disassembly 
of the  front panel won;t be required to pull the meter, I'm hoping someone 
has Houdini  certified advise on how to do with one hand while drinking an 
807, or at least  without doing major removal of metal.
