[Premium-Rx] ROM or EPROM losing its content

Gents

I recall from distant memory that REGGCO was a breakaway from the slightly
incestuous EW group of WJ, Nems-Clarke and Norlin and my 1991/92 "Jane"
gives the location as Rockville, Maryland, which is deffo EW/CIA type
country! The entry is for the RG-5545A and it's not dissimilar to the Racal
RA1795, but it does have real meters and a small CRT.

Does anyone know any more?

I suspect the chances of a manual being available is more than remote.
