[Premium-Rx] Racal 6790GM rebuilds, who does them? Looking for an artist

Maybe someone can point me to the right person. I have three Racal 6790GM
receivers, two are in excellent shape and one is sort of a hangar-queen.
What I want to do is to take all three and make one really killer receiver.
As part of the payment in exchange of services the other two radios would
be part of the deal.
I have one receiver with a complete set of filters, including the ISB
filter and the ISB board. Another that has a special surge arrestor module
that is chassis mounted and two have the serial interface boards.
Two of the chassis are beautiful with very good displays (no darkening).
Also there seem to be two versions of the firmware on the CPU boards. There
are also a few spare filters that since they will not be in my "gold
plated" receiver would go to the restorer.
I know the ISB board has something causing a short that makes a resistor
run very hot (either a bad IC or capacitor) so I do not leave that plugged
in for more than like the first 5 seconds. That receiver had a bad IF board
that I swapped with one of the other receivers so it will go through BITE
without any errors coming up. The best receiver seems a bit "deaf" and
there is a hetrodyne that I can hear.
I know there would be some cash involved for the work and shipping. Who is
a highly reputable rebuilder of the 6790? I have a great many radios (>30
at the latest recollection and all are the top of the line, Cubic, Harris,
etc but do not have the time to devote to restoring the Racal 6790/GM.
Maybe a few names can be tossed about? My goal is always the highest
functioning state I can achieve on any of my radios and I do not need three
of the same model.
thanks,
