[Premium-Rx] Tant Cap Lists

Hi Gang,

I was quite surprised by the number of requests that I got for the 
6790 list.  I just added a page to  www.to-way.com  'Premium Receiver 
Info' that has the lists for the Racal 1792 and 6790 along with the 
Harris RF590.

I also have a request to produce one for the Racal 1795 but so fat 
don't have a SM to pick info out of.

I may add manuals to the page if time permits.
