[Premium-Rx] Chase GPR4201

Greetings to all,

My trusty and well used Chase level monitoring receiver has recently
developed a fault.
A strange fault that is causing an RF meter level calibration error
resulting in the meter reading about 10dB less than it should, even though
that calibration seems to be performing. In all other respects it seems to
function correctly with no error codes.

1. Does anyone have any servicing experience with these sets?
There were several models built by Chase, all based on a similar design.

2. Does anyone have any information, service details or circuit diagrams?

Sensitivity is good and as I would expect it to be.
