[Premium-Rx] STRANGE RACAL RA1779 TRANSFORMER WANTED

This request is an absolute,  total, longshot....  
 
Today had a late model RA1779 Receiver  come in for repair.  Fault - will 
not read or write to memory.
 
Traced to Transformer T2 which converts the normal AC PSU voltage up to  
-28v for the Memory Board.
 
This Transformer has shorted windings on the Primary. It is  designated  T2 
B78272.  Issue 3.
 
Has anyone out there got a scrap/useless RA1779 lurking with one of  these 
transformers still in it?
 
Does anyone know the original spec?
 
I have a feeling that it has a 1:1 ratio and is just used for  completely 
isolating the (negative) supply.
