Scott all you guys got it nailed pretty good, about the higher impedance and
purpose. as well when using the part number of S-9903E, when you Google it,
as I did after my first posting here, 3 pages of pretty solid info pops up
as well several pictures of the unit..
And Michael, looks like one sold recently in the UK for 160 L or pounds
sterling.. I thought I might be overpaying at 150.00 but I fell trap to I
wanted it .. and really I think now on reflection I will go back and buy
one more unit, I didn’t think I was gonna like it, but after powering it up
and all, I can see a place for it here locally, the audio from the speaker
is a better dynamic range than I had expected and it fits my retro look ..
