[Premium-Rx] Cubic 3030 - need power supply module

The  problem turned out to be the PWM controller
IC UC2842. It is an 8-pin DIP.  Those ICs are still available on Ebay and 
other sources
for a reasonable  price . Jack suggests installing an IC socket
when replacing the IC. Of  course other things could be at fault
but replacing the IC UC2842 fixed a dead R3030 power supply in his  case.
