[Premium-Rx] Premium Rx I & Q outputs

One solution would be to use a Softrock receiver, and one of the several
software programs to process the Softrock output. Softrock to connect to
the 21.4 MHz IF out.
The Softrock has an I and Q analog output that is then fed to a PC
soundcard for processing by software. The available software gives you a
variety of detectors.
The advantage of a Softrock receiver is that it is very inexpensive, so
if you decide this is not something you care for on a long term basis
you are out practically nothing.
