Ah, I'd forgotten I'd got this but Alex has jogged my memory and I find I  
did download it from Cubic some time ago..
 
It came originally as a collection of individual chapters and I've now  
tidied those into a single file.
 
I'll email it direct to Dov and have uploaded it to Rapidshare for  anyone 
else who would like a copy.............
