This discussion about Racal 177x receivers reminds me that I have an RA1772
and RA1778 here which really ought to be in someone else's life. I acquired
them a long time ago with a view to full restoration, but having done
several others for my little collection I probably won't ever get round to
it. Both work but could do with some TLC. 

I also have a working but unrestored Plessey PRS-2282A looking for a good
home, together with a Harris RF-590. This latter is in very good condition
and was recently fitted with new displays. It has the very rare A19 digital
preselector. Lovely radios but neither get used enough.

I'd rather they went to discerning owners rather than taking their chances
on eBay. If anyone's interested, please contact me off-list.
