[Premium-Rx] WJ8617B loses memory at Power Off

I have a WJ8617B in good working condition except for the fact that when it is powered OFF and back ON again it has lost all of it's stored settings such as stored frequencies, bandwidths, etc. It starts back up at the initial 20mhz AM settings. But I also have a WJ 8618A that I am rebuilding that retains all settings when powered OFF and then back ON again. Is it possible to get the 8617B to store settings during power Off and ON again.
